The need
I need to share presentations with from an event with the event attendees.
Solution
As the presentations are intended for a small, closed audience it is not appropriate to upload these onto the external website, which has a much broader reach.
Our recommended solution is to use your OneDrive for Business account, which enables you to share documents with people outside of NPL without the requirement for them to be able to login.
- You can access your one drive by logging into the Office 365 portal – https://portal.office.com/ - using your NPL e-mail address to log in.
- You should see OneDrive listed as one of the “Apps”. You can upload and share documents from there.
